About the Builder
Randy Bowman of Bowman Construction & Design, Inc., a licensed contractor since 1990, is an active member of the Hickory-Catawba Valley Home Builders Association. He is Co-Chair of the 2009 Parade of Homes, Vice-Chair of the Remodeler’s Council and the co-founder and current Chair of the Catawba Valley Green Building Council.
Randy insists on high level of quality in all of his homes. An expert in Green Building, he was the 2nd person in the state to achieve the “Certified Green Professional” designation. There are many “green” features in his projects, seen and unseen, nothing strange, all simply designed to help you live a healthier, more comfortable life; and reduce operating and maintenance costs for the life of your home.
