The Home Builders Association of Hickory-Catawba Valley is the most trustworthy source of information and contacts in the region to help you make the best decisions regarding buying, building, or improving your home.
The association is made up of builders and remodelers who have made a commitment to professionalism. Through their membership they:
• network with fellow industry professionals to share best practices
• stay abreast of industry trends through taking advantage of educational programs
• attend local, regional, and national trade shows so they are on top of what's possible and what's available
• care about the environment and your home's safety by working with code officials for a quality product
• support local, state, and national legislation that ensures quality housing without unnecessary bureaucracy and red tape

The association is also made up of a wide variety of suppliers, trades people, and other vendors for the building industry. Our members:
• reflect all aspects of the building industry, including plumbers, mortgage bankers, or even audio-visual specialist

• interact regularly with the builders and remodelers in the community and know what's going on
• support public policy that keeps the cost of housing affordable while preserving a safe and healthy environment
